Factual Summary
Though there are many injustices that I have
faced. I would like to start with the primary request, which I
believe is the root cause of everything that is to put a hold on the
upcoming elections until the country finds a right leader with not
much baggage from the past. A leader, who is known to have an
excellent administrative track record, and a clean personal record.
Until then, it would be better for the country to have
self-governance through an oversight committee and managed by the
three core branches at the top. United States of America with the
ability to print money to whims and fancies has given many avenues to
cause many issues not only to the US, but also to rest of the world.
Please note that bringing this up from my end does not mean that I am
a supporter of any other country. I personally see this country still
a leader on many fronts, but as with many great empires, I am
concerned whether the current events happening in this country and
their actions which influences many other countries is impacting the
world and the planet. I can cite many examples.
To start with, just the fact that this country
had the most number of Covid deaths for a country that spends the
most on healthcare must not have happened without a reason. For that
matter, as per commonwealth rankings, the healthcare in this country
has ranked last for years. Even a developed country with a fraction
of what this country spends had half the number of Covid deaths per
million of citizens.
Next is the IoT issue. Technology is an essential part of human growth. But, the misuse of it has increased considerably. For example, a text message and phone call with a family member on offering a gift card, immediately results in an email connected to gift card. Such events and the ability to listen to conversations even at home offers those with resources to easily target on many fronts and offer ways to preemptively attack while the one who had gone through injustice is trying right avenues to fight such injustices.
As per the statistical reports that has been
coming out on inflation rates, there appears to be a mismatch with
what is stated and the reality. While those at the top claim low
inflation rates, rental prices have soared by 25% or so in the last
couple of years for a rent that was already on the higher end. There
have been reports of homelessness across the
country.

While digging deep to population numbers, the
country was in some form of quarantine due to COVID until May
10,2023. However, the population in many places appear to have
increased, which I believe, from largely immigration from outside. It
appears that the citizens who have a social security number, and is
being kept track of all details can easily become targets as many of
the information gets outsourced to countries with questionable rule
of law and high corruption rates. For that matter, US corruption rate
as per CPI is on the higher end among developed nations. There
appears to be quality issues across board on many fronts. Added to
it, there appears to be a disconnect between rules and laws, and what
really happens. For example, while my mother with a bad knee had to
cancel due to COVID in the family, instead of getting the issue
resolved, we are going through a lawsuit from the travel agency even
after repeatedly sharing our concerns to various governmental
entities. As per US DOT Bill of Rights, Air Carrier Access Act, 14
CFR Part 382, Aviation Consumer protection for Travelers with
Disability and Special needs, my mother should have been accommodated
on various fronts, which never happened. Instead, even our paid seat
was replaced with one that further constricted her movements during
travel.

I am not sure whether ICC has any control on the request put forth. However, your organization happens to be one beyond borders, and with the world without borders becoming more common, I decided to reach out through this platform.
I can share my own list of concerns. Some of which I had shared before by emails to both ICC and ICJ, and also to UN.
