A draft similar to this one was submitted to "WORLD ORGANIZATIONS" a while ago. This one is an optimized version catering to recent events, but the main gist remains the same
TO THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE & CRIMINAL COURT
I would like to file a complaint against MNC Alphabet, Apple, and some more for targeting, bullying, and also to file defamation and libel lawsuits against these companies, while seeking due compensation for these experiences in excess of $10 billions of dollars.. In addition, I would also like to file complaints against Indian and US governments for stealing my work while targeting at an Individual level, which might have extended back to 2008 or so. Having been in teaching profession before, filing a complaint against the government does not imply that I dislike the country. This action is taken with the hope that an action will be taken to improve the current system in place.
In addition, I would like to file a lawsuit against USPTO and IPTO for not giving fair consideration for our IP applications, while the case was decided based on the name of the involved parties rather than the merit of the case.
There are many other instances where it is becoming a common occurrence of me getting targeted to get useful insights without being compensated, and/or being allowed to run our own organization as recently with an airlines issue. Rather, those with resources and power are flexing their muscles to block every way possible for them to get information and/or to enhance their products and process in their area of focus and reach by making me an easy target. These claims can be backed up through supporting evidences, if necessary, though some of those targeting are being done in a more subtle manner, which needs to be looked at through indirect evidences rather than through direct ones.
Why should they make me a target (or, target me)?
When criminals or half-baked cooks and/or crooks running organizations at different levels, they can't come up with their own ideas. Instead with the ability of IoT, they can target a multifaceted individual like me with a diverse set of backgrounds to get their ambitions and objectives through, which many times come to my attention only after a while in this intertwined and technology driven world. Moreover, with the dilution of rule of law around the globe, it becomes even more challenging to self-protect oneself, even with all the educational and experiential arsenal that I have acquired over the years.
I am forced to draft this letter as I felt that I ran out of choices, and this is the last resort to seek meaningful response from the global court. I came to this country with a lots of aspirations from a country that appeared to offer not much opportunities, and certainly worked hard from various angles skipping meals at regular intervals, working late nights and more with the hope to provide the best for my family. Instead, I lost my father while I was busy with work to make a name for myself without him seeing me become a raving success. I am positive that he would have felt down on many days to see a talented son of his persevering for better life, whereas those finding loopholes and spinning the system thriving. Yes, certainly this country fulfills the dreams for many, but not for me. Before I lose out all of smile, I would like to get properly compensated for all the ills that I faced in this country, prior to moving to a better country for me and my family.
I look forward to the International Criminal Court offering our family the due justice that we deserve for our daughter and our family as a whole to lead a better life at least in the coming years.

After a lots of struggle, time and money investment, our trademarks got approved. For that matter, we had to file again one of the trademarks, and refine the trademark for us to get that accepted, even though our first trademark should have been approved in the first place as we showed precedent cases prior to what the examiner cited multiple times, which was never looked at. We even requested for a mediation process through the trademark board, which was not honored as well. We went through a similar process in another country, and after offering all kinds of evidences, it got approved, and has been in place for a while now. Suddenly again, right before the elections, this email showed up.
This video has been on this platform for 7+ years, and had zero views, which I believe might be connected to the software algorithm in place to control what content is shown. Suddenly, right before elections, this supposedly was removed citing some platform provider policy. However, this policy was implemented in 2022, and it took the platform provider almost two years to take action for a video which was never shown to the world. Similar happenings has happened before especially before the elections, and if asked for specifics or clarity, I would never receive a clear response. I can share the video for the public to see and comment, and let me know what was indecent with the video. I can even rate it as PG-18. For that matter, YouTube is rated as a teen app (screenshot taken on September 8th, 2024), but most family would know that it is not true. I have shared one reference from NYT.

Another example, for another issue, we had shared the COVID mortality rates across the globe through an email addressed to two different entities, and the next day or so, I get a postal card from an estate planning lawyer. Usually, such kinds of letters would be addressed to some arbitrary name, as we had opted-out for such postal ads for years, and this was the first time that I received such a letter for Estate Planning from this entity.

There are many more such interesting happenings, which is why I stated that IoT is offering many avenues for many players (irrespective of the size) to target an individual or individuals.
I can offer several other examples, which appears to be increasing and not confined to one side.
